We want you to be totally satisfied with your liz beth purchase. All merchandise is returnable and refundable as long as it is unused and undamaged. If you decide to return your liz beth bag, you must obtain a Return Authorization number via email within 5 days of receipt of your order. Once you receive this number you have an additional 5 days to return the bag. Unless we sent you a damaged bag or an incorrect order, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please also note that if you received free shipping, you will be refunded the total purchase amount minus the actual original shipping costs.
